Parking lot slopes so very difficult to roll your items either way. Very limited hours. Not at all convenient , especially saturday close at 4! Rediculous. Help hard to find at site. Doors locked to office etc.

I have had my storage unit for many years. Storage Star took over the facility a couple of years ago and since then they have done many improvements. The manager Melissa has been wonderful and I highly recommend this facility for clean safe storage.

Very clean place, excellent customer service. This was probably the cleanest storage space I've ever rented. The only reason it's a 4 and not a 5 is because the hours area little tough if you have a regular job. Only open until 7pm. If they had better hours, would've been a 5. I highly recommend it if you don't mind the hours.

This place exceeded my estimations. I rented a large space for almost a year and never had a problem with moisture or vermin. I even left my unit unlocked by mistake, and received a call within 1 hour of doing so. The staff was pleasant and very responsive. I highly recommend the location and staff.
