SCR helped me out after I broke a lower control arm and got stuck in an alley. They were super prompt, courteous, and careful. The driver wore an N95 mask and I appreciated that they explained everything they were doing to get the car towed.

They were very friendly, and able to get someone out to us right away to fix our tire. They were very fast as well. I highly reccommend!

The Manager is awful on phone! Doesn’t care to fix the situation that his driver made! Not putting down the company at all just the way the manager handled his self on phone! Not professional what so ever!

My Driver was a good guy, He got me towed quickly

Service was fairly prompt for a busy time and technician was friendly and took the time to check and explain the problem. Even had a chat about vehicles in general. Basically a friendly and pleasant guy!

They dropped the car off at the wrong location, then mocked her when she had questions about where her car was.

The worse towing company to deal with

I am very satisfied with SCR Towing and Recovery tow company… They sent me their number they called me and I knew that they were here. Unlike the other company that was used yesterday they just pretended like they came; and called…when they never really did either
