I contacted these people and received the most unprofessional service to date. They have middle schoolers answering the phone, they have no tact, cannot speak with proper grammar and show how incompetent they are by blind transferring you when they cannot answer a question. This place needs to be shutdown!

This place does not help you. They will support the other party. They will give you legal advice when they are just customer service call people they make no sense and they are non-helpful.

The phone service center staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. My case worker hasn't returned my call in over 72 hours and she says that I will have to wait another week for before she will pick up the phone to make a simple phone call!! Utterly ridiculous.
