Jarrod from tech electronics is amazing. Every time I've had an issue, he has been polite, efficient, knowledgeable and quick. I hate having computer issues but knowing Jarrod is there, it just isn't a big deal anymore when I do.

Support was very poor. didn't respond for a week. I had to track them down. still no answer on when they are going to fix my phone system. They said they were sorry which is nice but it doesn't fix my phone problem.

Justin and the staff that service our account have been knowledgeable and do a great job providing a balance by not interfering with our daily operations.

I am the owner of Honea Autobody collision center that Tech Electronics services and sold me my phone system and they are absolutely awesome with customer service and diagnosed my problem and fixed it immediately!!!!! I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They are top-notch.

Jarrod was a pleasure to work with and he did his best to satisfy the customer. Unfortunately, Tech Electronics has come off the tracks in all other areas in my opinion. I had the best experience with Michael and Beth. Both were very responsive and helped me resolve an issue that was not the easiest to resolve. Both kept me updated on the status of the issue as well as they were happy to answer any and all questions I had. Beth was also kind enough to follow up with me after we had solved our problem.
