Came in for the Latino Heritage Month Deal and I was greeted with friendly staff. I am one who doesn’t know much about computers but the staff explained and helped me pick one that will fit best for me! Great place!
Excellent tech-centric neighborhood multiuse organization. You can buy a computer or get one through volunteering!!! Classes are provided to those new to computers and Internet. Very incredible staff. If you are in the community it is a must to check out and volunteer some time.

Incredible reuse facility. OTX provides free computers for Oakland students grades 6-12. They also have a volunteer program for students and adults where by working 20 hrs you can receive a computer.

Tech Exchange is an exceptional community empowerment program that has contributed immensely to my family personally. I will be there this morning for its sales to grab a laptop for the digital world. Our community appreciates your work so highly and keeps on.
Excellent place, they helped me solve my children's computer problem.
I reached out to give them some working computers, 22" monitor, computer speakers and miscellaneous periphery. Never got a response. I guess they only accept business donations. They should update their website to clarify that and/or let people know.
They took my old computer to be refurbished for reuse, along with a whole box of miscellaneous electronic gadgets and cables I no longer use, but I didn't want to just throw in the landfill. I'm so glad to have a productive place for that stuff!

Been trying to return a MacBook but they are never open. Granted the first time they posted on their instagram that they are closed the 23rd-1st but there was no mention of them being closed today. Only a sign on the door after already traveling two cities over. Doesn’t help that they are only open 10-4 when most people work a 9-5.
I couldn’t find Tech exchange to be open when they said they would and where they said they would be open
