Nothing but good things to say about this location. From walking in the building to my appointment, every person working here was exceptionally kind.

I give it two stars because most of the staff were nice but the officer working our case was rude to myself, my husband, and even our lawyer. I understand that she has a job to do, but she didn't need to treat us so poorly.

Waited on the phone for an hour just so they could tell me to contact some other office. The person on the phone was very hard to understand and seemed as if they were annoyed. How are we supposed to get anything figured out if they arent willing to help??

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the USCIS workers in this building were friendly, polite, respectful, and professional. The building itself is clean and well-kept.

Lady at front desk was very rude. Told me that she didn't care how long I drove. I told her she can't talk to me like.

It's really inconvenient now that you can't talk to a live agent. And you can't even send emails about your case. You have to select from a few choices but if your question doesn't match from the selections there's no way u can ask a different question or say something else about your case.

Service was quick and the people there were really nice and courteous, especially the security guards at the entrance to the building.

The biometrics office was fantastic. Really nice people, and the process was very easy. It took less than 15 minutes to complete. They were able to help me with a question I had and overall it was a great experience.

This office no longer takes walk-ins. I went to get my biometrics taken. I arrived at 7:50 a.m. and they were already open. The officers are very nice. Great morning attitude. Everybody was very respectful. I was there for 30 minutes total.

This is very inconvenient. They no longer have walk in and online appt scheduling options, need to call and wait for almost 3 days to get you scheduled. Not good

They do not follow their own appointments! We came for our 12:45 appointment at 12:00 and haven't been called until 13:20.

Amazing staff officer was very nice

My wife and I went there for Bio-metrics few weeks back .It was a smooth experience. They were quick and helpful. My wife was done in less than 15 minutes and I took some more time due to some corrections in my name. But over all it was pretty fast.

Everyone here was very friendly. The staff and even the building workers. I've been to a few other field offices in my life and this one has been the best.
