Blue Paladin has been our IT firm for a few years. They've been awesome. Tickets don't get over looked or ignored, they're responsive, calls get answered and taken care of as soon as possible. If we've asked them to follow up on something at a later date, it happens. We appreciate their accountability and service they provide.
