We called in with a problem. ISG responded within an hour and had the problem fixed in 1/2 hour. When done with that problem, they fixed another issue which I had not called in about but asked them to look at while on the phone.

I had an issue with my printer. I had a print job held up in my printer and within minutes of it being reported I received a call and my issued was solved in a very timely manner. I had to do very little, it was all handled over the phone.

The tech (Andrew) that worked the ticket was very helpful. He listened to what my problem was and worked hard to fix it. It took two days and a bit of research to find the solution. I liked that he was open to trying things that I suggested. It was nice that he didn't give up and found an actual fix for the problem.

Was having a few small issues that were trying to turn into bigger issues, fortunately I had backup! After making a remote connection, they had me back up an running perfectly! Extremely professional, courteous and polite!! I would highly recommend!!
