Andrew was fast and efficient with what I needed. TechGen gave me clear expectations when I put in the ticket and were able to complete my ticket well before the average time. Easy system to work through and got the results I needed.

Service really went downhill after they merged. Now the communication is cumbersome and inconsistent, issues are rarely resolved quickly or knowledgeably. Instead problems have to be escalated and go through one or two techs before finally finding a solution.

Tech Gen provides outstanding customer service. They are prompt and knowledgeable.
