Very quick response to the ticket being opened, direct call vs. chat, knowledgeable and efficient closure to the issue!

Every time I have had to call Quinn Technology to handle an I.T. issue they are super-fast and knowledgeable. There's only been one issue they haven't been able to fix over the phone with remote access to the system and that was hardware failure in the pc I was having issues with.
